Non-School Days

Boys & Girls Clubs of Sonoma Valley is the largest provider of afterschool, summer, and youth sports activities in Sonoma Valley. We are also here to serve our members, their families, and the community at large during many non-school days and school holidays. On Non-School Days, when local schools are closed, Boys & Girls Clubs of Sonoma Valley provides a full day of fun, engaging, and enriching activities in a safe and structured environment for youth from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Please see below for information about upcoming non-school days. 

Please read the information below carefully before registering.

Registration is required for inclusion in the program. Space is limited. Due to safety requirements, we cannot accept walk-ins without prior registration.

Boys & Girls Clubs of Sonoma Valley proudly serves members, families, and the community on non-school days and holidays. For the 2024-2025 school year, in partnership with Sonoma Valley Unified School District, we we will be offering free programming for all our current TK-6th grade SVUSD District students and Sonoma Charter TK-6th grade students. This includes all members registered at Maxwell Clubhouse, El Verano, Sassarini, Flowery, and Sonoma Charter.

Boys & Girls Clubs of Sonoma Valley offers our services on non-school days to all students in Sonoma Valley. For students who are not currently enrolled in a SVUSD school or Sonoma Charter School, non-school days will be hosted at Maxwell Clubhouse for a $25 fee.

Boys & Girls Clubs of Sonoma Valley offers our services on non-school days to all students in Sonoma Valley. Current 7/8th grade members who attend our Maxwell Clubhouse are eligible to attend non-school days without an additional fee. 7/8th grade members who attend Altimira Middle School, Adele Harrison Middle School, and Sonoma Charter School can attend non-school days for a $25 daily fee.

Plan ahead! Upcoming Non-School Days:

Monday, April 21, 2025

We will be open for current members and youth currently enrolled in TK – 8th grade.

8:30 AM – 5:30 PM 

(Normal after school programming will resume at all sites on the following scheduled regular school day) 

Free for members registered at Maxwell Clubhouse, El Verano, Sassarini, Flowery, and Sonoma Charter BGCSV sites.

$25 a day for students not attending the above schools, including athletics participants, students from districts other than SVUSD, and 7th & 8th graders not registered at Maxwell Clubhouse.

Maxwell Clubhouse will be providing a snack and lunch, but members are welcome to bring their own if they prefer. 

Bring from home in a backpack: 

  • Backpack  
  • Snacks & Lunch (optional as they are provided) 
  • Reusable Water bottle 
  • Extra change of clothing

Non-School Day programs will be located at our Maxwell Clubhouse, 100 W. Verano Ave., Sonoma, CA 95476. 

Teen programming will be held at Teen Services, 17440 Sonoma Hwy., Sonoma, CA 95476.
