Summer Camp 2025

We are so excited to offer 8 weeks of our award-winning summer camps during the summer of 2025!

Our camps are organized by age and offer a variety of activities which promote 21st century skills to help youth grow academically and socially, all while having fun in a safe environment. From June 11th to August 1st, between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM, youth who are currently enrolled in grades TK through 8th for the 2024-2025 school year may participate in a variety of camps designed to thrill, challenge, and inspire. Activities include cooking, rock climbing, LEGO Robotics, basketball, art & design, soccer, and so much more!

*Please note, our enrollment process is based on the 2024-2025 school year. For example, if your child is currently enrolled in 2nd grade, they will need to enroll in a K-2nd grade camp.

In partnership with the Redwood Empire Food Bank, Boys & Girls Clubs of Sonoma Valley works hard to ensure that every child receives the nourishment they need to succeed.

  • We provide a nutritious breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack every day of camp.
  • If you prefer, or if your child has special dietary needs, your child is welcome to bring their own nutritious lunch/snack.
  • HEALTHY HABITS – We ask that you please support us in promoting healthy habits and pack only nutritious food for your camper.
  • We do not refrigerate or heat up lunches. Please provide a lunch that is ready to eat.

Campers will be spending their time both indoors and outdoors. It is important that they come to camp prepared for an active day and time in the sun. Please apply sunscreen before arriving to camp.

  • Dress in comfortable clothing that can get dirty and wear closed-toe shoes (flip flops are NOT ALLOWED)
  • An extra set of clothes.
  • OPTIONAL: Bring a sun hat and glasses if needed for being in the sun.
  • A reusable water bottle and backpack to store personal items.
  • Snacks.

PLEASE BE SURE TO WRITE YOUR CHILD’S NAME ON ALL OF THE ABOVE ITEMS.

If your child needs to take medication during camp, please fill out a Request & Authorization for Administration of Medication.

A Request & Authorization for Administration of Medication needs to be signed by a parent and child’s physician AND a physician must be on file. This form is available above and at the Maxwell Clubhouse. It needs to be submitted to our membership office PRIOR to the start of camp. We will not be able to administer medication without this authorization.

All medications will be maintained with the child’s name in the administrative office.  Children are not allowed to keep and self-administer medication without supervision.

Please see our BGCSV Family Handbook for more information.

ALL members must be signed in and out by a parent, guardian, or an authorized adult listed on their membership application. Children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian/authorized adult when signing into camp. Members may not be present on Club grounds without being checked in and participating in Club activities. Therefore, members should NOT be dropped off prior to the opening of the facility or remain on Club property after checking out, as the Club cannot be held responsible for their supervision.

Parking is not permitted in any red zone which includes the entirety of the round-about at the top of the stairs at our Maxwell Clubhouse. For the safety of all children in our care, cars left unattended in this area may be ticketed and towed.

We will provide more information about how to register once registration opens on April 1st.

Each camp fee will vary based on the week. Please see our Summer Camp Guide for the most up-to-date information regarding camp fees.

Our cancellation policy requires at least two-weeks’ notice prior to the start of each registered camp in order to process a refund. All deposit fees are non-refundable. No refunds after this two-week period will be issued.

Boys & Girls Clubs of Sonoma Valley believes that no child should be denied participation due to financial reasons. The Club offers scholarships and payment plans to individuals and families whose financial circumstances would prevent their children from participating in our programs.

Please return for information regarding applying for a scholarship when registration opens on April 1st.
